Description

During my internship at HBO Max, I led asset management for the brand new in-app character avatar project, pulling selects and organizing thousands of images from partners and internal asset repositories into a unique and easy-to-navigate folder structure for both agency and in-house use.

I also oversaw the master spreadsheet that tracked each character avatar’s completion status and available asset links. To complete the first wave of 603 initial character avatars, I communicated proactively with partners, designers, and agency coordinators via Slack and email to get each avatar approved and live.
