Hi Barbie! I was responsible for managing the creation of custom GIF headers to be used across CRM templates to drive subscriber acquisition and performance of the title on Max. I partnered with our in-house motion design team to create animation that captured the whimsical feeling of the movie and ensured that it aligned with the goals of the CRM team by facilitating approvals and incorporating feedback. The headers performed well and contributed to a .7% lift in viewership for the title.
